(Back, arms, neck & shoulders)
The massage starts with you lying face down and some simple massage techniques to warm up the back and shoulder area. I then work a little deeper into the lower back, hip and waist area before moving onto the upper back and shoulders.
Whilst laying your back I work on loosening the muscles of the arms and hands before treating the neck and upper back area to a deep yet soothing massage to help release tension.

FEET
The foot massage is intended to loosen tight joints and increase blood flow to what is probably the most used but disregarded part of the body that always deserves some TLC. This massage will leave you feeling light footed and refreshed.
