As a trainer I offer lots of flexibility in my packages. Whether you want 1:1 training to focus specifically on core strength or to train with friends to simply get fitter and have fun along the way, your training will be tailor made to suit your needs. Training options include Pilates, Yoga for Fitness, Kettlebell training, 1;1 boxing, circuit based workouts and more. 

How it works


We start with a quick call to ascertain your training needs and style to make sure we make a good match.


Once matched, we devise a plan to get you started. During a free 30-40 minute consultation, we decide on the where, the how and the when. The when is very individual. It might be twice a week or twice a month.


My aim is to keep you motivated and challenged appropriately. We'll work as a team to keep things fresh and interesting, using all the resources I have to make sure you enjoy and get the most out of our sessions.

Where it happens

In my studio

It might be small but we can pack a lot in my studio. Suitable for 1 or 2 people training at a time. Here we can do anything from Kettlebells to Pilates

I have a licence to train small groups at Mowsbury Park in Bedford. Here we can do anything from circuit training to walking/jogging. Pilates and Supple Strength can be done on a warm day too. 

Via Zoom

Too busy to meet in person? So long as you have the necessary space and equipment we can carry out our sessions via Zoom

What does it cost?

Exercise and fitness needs vary from person to person, it is not 'one size fits all'.

Hence, I don't have a price list, instead here are 2 example packages

  • Regular training sessions and unlimited access to videos. 

  • Suitable for 1, 2 or 3 people training together (price is per person)

  • 3 month subscription required which can be repeated (free consult available only on first purchase)
