PILATES 101 - utilising classic Pilates moves to create a flowing routine suitable for confident beginners and those looking for a lower level class. No equipment needed, maybe just a cushion to rest your head on

PILATES 102 - The second in my level 1 series, this programme progresses some of the traditional moves and introduces using weights. (Bottles of water or tins of beans can be used instead). All moves are suitable for the beginner to level 1 participant - equally a more experienced person will benefit and recognise where progressions can be added for an extra challenge.

PILATES WITH BAND 101 - LEVEL 1 - INTERMEDIATE - the band adds an extra challenge and dimension to a Pilates class, so this is not for beginners, you will need to know some basic essentials first. Using classic moves with some progressions.

Intermediate to advanced classes

PILATES 201 - The first in my INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED SERIES, this is a flowing Pilates routine focusing on core and hip strength, no equipment needed & is aimed at those experienced in Pilates.

PILATES 202 - Using the soft exercise ball and a set of weights this programme mixes classic moves with some modern ones, all aimed at the more experienced person. Some work is done on the knees also

PILATES 203 - This half hour session is suitable for experienced Pilates goers and uses modern twists on some traditional Pilates moves to focus on upper body strength and obliques - as well as core and body alignment of course. I've used the soft Pilates ball and dumb bells in this programme but don't worry if you don't have these, just substitute the weights for a water bottle or tin of beans and put your hands under the bottom instead of using the ball when doing the supported back leg cycle.

PILATES 204 - This is an intermediate level Pilates class using the soft Pilates ball. Don't worry if you don't have a ball as there are work arounds. We start with a traditional warm up then use a new kneeling variation on the 100. We release the lower back with a lovely roll up sequence which also challenges the core and obliques. Whilst there is a slight focus on hip strength and shoulder stability with this programme, we still include things like the bridge, side kicks and a back extension to make sure we include all areas for a conclusive whole body workout.

PILATES 205 -  Here's another intermediate to advanced Pilates session, just 35 mins long, utilising the soft ball, a loop band and cushion. We've got mostly traditional moves here, with a couple of new variations by using the band and we pack a lot in this fairly short programme so the pace is definitely not for beginners. We work the whole body as usual but this programme has a slight focus on the upper back, helping to strengthen and improve posture. Finishing with a lovely neck stretch at the end to compliment the upper back work. Enjoy!

PILATES 206 - Another video in my intermediate series lasting just over 30 minutes. We initially work on the waist and then move onto some deep abdominal moves. After a back extension we strengthen the arms by using the loop band. There's a longer than usual stretching sequence at the end of this programme with an arm drop and tension release at the end. I hope you enjoy it :)
