SUPPLE STRENGTH 101 - This is an entry level class with a gentle Yoga warm up followed by a classic Pilates workout designed for those wanting to work at a lower level

SUPPLE STRENGTH 102 - The second in my beginners to level 1 series, this programme starts with some Tai Chi and Yoga standing strength and balance poses to warm you up. Then we move onto a variety of classic and modern Pilates moves to challenge both strength and flexibility, finishing with some Yoga stretches.

SUPPLE STRENGTH 103 - Aimed at beginners, level 1's or those who like to take things a little easier, this programme works the whole body using mostly traditional and familiar moves. There are opportunities to use the ball and weights but a cushion and tins of beans will suffice if you don't have the equipment. 

Intermediate to advanced classes

SUPPLE STRENGTH 201 - This is the first in my intermediate series. I have made this plain and simple so that someone who is just transitioning up from level 1 will be able to access it and move forwards with ease. Equally, it's perfect for someone who is experienced but wants to keep it simple. All moves are classic and standard and there's no equipment needed accept perhaps a cushion. Why not dive in and enjoy a classic class!

SUPPLE STRENGTH 202 - This video follows on nicely from 201 so would be a natural progression for the level 1 to intermediate person. The Yoga start is slightly more challenging than 201 and we also introduce the soft Pilates ball to create some different Pilates challenges. If you don't have a ball yet don't worry as there are alternatives. We have a interesting plank section and then we finish with some lovely hip opening stretches at the end.

SUPPLE STRENGTH 203 - this is one of my more stretchy routines, starting with the kneeling sun salutation and then some Yoga standing strength. The Pilates section works the whole body with a slight focus on the arms whilst using the dumbbells. We also use the soft small ball in this routine but there are work arounds if you don't have this or the weights.

SUPPLE STRENGTH 205 - This programme uses modern Pilates techniques and allows the participant to flow from the lower levels right up to the more advanced progressions so it's suitable for all participants. We use the ball and weights but there are work arounds if you don't have the equipment to hand. This programme has less strenuous Yoga sections compared to other programmes but the ball balance is challenging so watch out!
